What do you clean?

Our work takes us to all areas and types of building, from office spaces to communal areas, kitchens and toilets. Our remit extends to pretty much anything that can be cleaned. And, our office cleaning, school cleaning & medical centre packages can be tailored to any kind of requirements – whether you need one cleaner or a large, supervised team.

What does a cleaning service cost?

What is the minimum cleaning contract?

There is no minimum cleaning contract. We cater for one-off jobs as much as ongoing work. If we agree to an ongoing contract, we just ask for one month’s notice if you want to cancel.

Are you insured?

Yes, as a company we’re fully insured for £5 million worth of public liability and £10 million on employer’s liability.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with the service?

We really hope you’ll never be dissatisfied with our service. But, if you do feel there are problems, the Westgate office will always be on the other end of the phone. We also provide every client with the phone number of their operations manager, and this person can be contacted 24/7 in any case of emergency.

Do you work all days during all times of the year?

Our service is based on your requirements. We operate 365 days a year.
